JONATHAN WENTZ


Jonathan Wentz has extensive experience representing private and public sector labor organizations. His representation of labor unions includes collective bargaining negotiations, arbitration, and litigation in federal and state courts and before the federal and state agencies charged with enforcing the nation’s labor laws. He provides advice and guidance to clients on legal issues related to union organizing, the duty of fair representation, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Wentz has represented numerous labor organizations at the local, state and international levels. He has served as lead negotiator in contract negotiations for unions representing production, assembly, airline, warehouse, driver, sales, professional, education and government employees. He practices before the National Labor Relations Board, the National Mediation Board, State Employment Relations Board and in state and federal courts. Through arbitration, he has secured the reinstatement of numerous discharged employees and obtained effective remedies in a variety of contract interpretation disputes.
