JOSH MCINERNEY


Josh McInerney has been representing both public and private sector labor organizations in federal district and appellate courts, and state courts for over twenty years. He has represented labor organizations and their members in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and before federal and state agencies, including the NLRB, NMB, STB, NTSB, EEOC and various public employee relations boards. He also provides advice and guidance to clients on legal issues related to union organizing, the duty of fair representation, and regulatory compliance.

 

Throughout his practice in Washington, Ohio and Florida, he has represented various labor organizations at the local, state, and national levels, including the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and its Airline Division, numerous Teamster Local Unions, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, the Communications Workers of America, the International Association of Firefighters, and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.
