Chris Peifer


The labor organizations Chris represents and advises are in a diverse number of industries that include, in the private sector, the airline industry, the trucking industry and the warehouse industry, among others, and in the public sector, federal and municipal administrative employees and firefighters, among other classifications of public employees. His work with labor organizations includes collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation in federal and state courts and before the federal and state agencies charged with enforcing the nation’s labor laws.  He provides advice and guidance to labor organizations on the myriad issues that arise on daily basis.  In addition, he serves as general counsel for a labor organization. 

Prior to joining a law firm, Chris served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, practiced criminal law and civil law, including labor law, with other law firms and served as a staff attorney with a labor organization.
